About the role
Established in 2015 and driven by our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Director with clear growth potential or Partner to further expand our Equity & ECM Advisory team in our Amsterdam office. We’re looking for someone to play a pivotal role to facilitate and accelerate our growth strategy. With a transparent path to a Partner position, the Director will shape his or her career while co-developing our Equity & ECM Advisory team’s direction. Partners joining us will discover a dedicated team, fully motivated to enhance existing client relations and cultivate new mandates from their personal network.
What you'll do
As a key member of our team, you will have an opportunity to add value through:
Initiate, cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key industry players.
Actively seek and secure new mandates by identifying acquisition opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Lead and co-manage the team, driving their performance and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Work on high profile transactions and play a key role in process control, document preparation, communicating with all parties involved, negotiating to completion.
Provide expert advice and strategic insights to clients at all times, ensuring successful execution of equity capital markets transactions.
Recognize the client’s need and propose suitable (equity) financing solutions.
Advise on listed M&A buy- and sell-side deals, public offers, and fairness opinions, leveraging your experience and expertise.
In the context of project work and client acquisition, you create meaningful presentations that get to the point and present complex contents in an understandable way.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and industry developments to ensure our clients receive cutting-edge advice.
Who you are
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Equity & ECM Advisory, demonstrating a deep understanding of capital markets and transactional processes.
Extensive experience with IPOs, share issues, block trades, M&A transactions, and public offers.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling you to open doors and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a specialized team towards success.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring thoroughness in your work and deliverables.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding work ethic, showing your drive and commitment to achieving exceptional results.
Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
A Master's degree, with a strong academic background.
